board games for adults and children (Poker, Catan, Loup garous, Times up, various children's games from 2 years old, etc.),

Security
The indoor pool can be fully closed. The living room door is combined with an opening sound detector which can be easily activated or deactivated depending on whether children are present.

The outdoor pool is equipped with a retractable shutter and an alarm which can be activated or deactivated if needed (in particular, for instance, depending on the presence of toddlers, babies or young children).

Heating Air Conditioning
The house is equipped with underfloor heating on the ground floor as well as upstairs.
​
In the summer, you will be cool in the house. The cooling mode of the underfloor heating is very pleasant. The house is also very well insulated.
​
In winter, underfloor heating is efficient and cozy.
