The swimming pools
Private indoor swimming pool

The indoor swimming pool, heated in the cold season (and/or anytime on-demand), with its beautiful view of the landscaped garden, is ideal to relax, chill and de-stress.
It measures 3.5 by 4.5 meters.
If you wish, all the bay windows can be partially or completely opened (including the one opening onto the living room).

For the safety of everyone, the swimming-pool can be fully closed off. If necessary, security can easily be activated with a dedicated access door opening detector.

Private outdoor swimming pool
In the extension of the south terrace, you can enjoy the second pool of the house: the outdoor one.
​
The private outdoor swimming pool is 3 meters by 7 meters.
To share unforgettable moments of rest and/or fun, you will have at your disposal several deckchairs, outdoor furniture, two parasols and inflatable games.
​
The outdoor swimming pool can be heated in May and in September, if the weather allows.
​
For your safety, the swimming pool is equipped with an electric rolling shutter. The cover also helps keep the pool clean and warm.
A submerged alarm can be activated if desired.

Each room is equipped with a television and storage,

One of the upstairs bedrooms has an office space and gives access to a large roof sun-terrace,

In the second upstairs bedroom a single extra bed is available.
The garden
Green spaces
The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden, facing south, in the shade of holm oaks.

Numerous other species can be found in the garden: laurels, cypress, huge rosemary bush, fig tree, linden, olive tree for the most famous ones.
